LLNL has also published charts depicting carbon (or carbon dioxide potential) flow and water flow at the national level as well as energy, carbon, and water flows at the international, state, municipal, and organizational (e.g., Air Force) level. As is observed from the given illustration, petrol and oil consumption in the USA is highest among the given energy sources. The most widely recognized of these charts is the U.S. Burke, the Pentagon’s director of operational energy plans and programs, the Defense Logistics Agency delivers more than 170,000 barrels of oil each day to the war theaters, at a cost of $9.6 billion last year.Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) produced the first diagrams illustrating U.S. Less than half of DoD oil consumption occurs in the continental U.S., and the rest is consumed overseas.
